HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO LOCASUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES?

1- Owner

You have a property (House, apartment….) That you want to rent,                                          collect your rent from your tenant without traveling.

  • - Have an email address
  • - Go to www.locasur.com or to the mobile application
  • - Click on ‘’ register ’’
  • - Choose ‘’ Owner ’’
  • - Fill in the form (Last name, first name ... ..) specifying your email, then validate by clicking on ‘’ I subscribe ’’
  • - You will receive a message in your inbox with an activation link. Click on the link to activate your account.

2- Tenant

To use Locasur as a tenant of a property, you must be linked to an owner.

  • - You must have a phone number registered in your name
  • - Go to www.locasur.com or on mobile appalication
  • - Click on ‘’ register ’’
  • - Choose ‘’ Tenant ’’
  • - Fill in the form (Last name, first name, phone number… ..) specifying your phone number   (preceded by your country code Ex: +225 XXXXX), then validate by clicking on ‘’ I subscribe ’’
  • - You will receive an SMS containing your information to connect to your account:
    • *Login: Your phone number
    • *Password: Your temporary password
    • *Reference: Your tenant reference (which you must use to pay your rent).
    NB: Only your landlord or real estate agency can authorize you to pay your rent by locasur. After your registration, you must inform the latter to bind you to your property.

HOW TO REGISTER A PROPERTY ON LOCASUR?

1- OWNER:

You are an Owner with one or more real estate (House, apartment, villa, office, etc.), you want to manage from Locasur.

  • - Log into your account (From the Mobile app or www.locasur.com)
  •                                         
  • - Click on ‘" Asset Management "in the menu on the left of your screen
  •                                         
  • - Click on ‘’ Create new property ’’
  •                                         
  • - Choose your type of property
  •                                         
  • - Fill in the information on your property by following the instructions.
*Only the owner, the legal manager of a property or a real estate agency can add a property.

HOW TO ADD A TENANT?

                                    
                                            
  • - Log into your account
  •                                         
  • - Click on Tenant in the menu on the left
  •                                         
  • - Click on ‘’ Add ’’ at the top right of your screen
  •                                         
  • - Enter the phone number (saved in his name) of your tenant and follow the instructions
  •                                     
                                    

HOW TO PAY YOUR RENT

                                    

Pay for yourself

                                    

You rent an apartment, house, office and you want to pay your rent, Locasur puts you in                                         several payment methods available.

                                    

1- With your Mobile Money account on a phone without internet                                             
* Enter the USSD code dedicated to Locasur from your Mobile Money operator: 1234 #                                             
* Follow the instructions                                     

                                    

2- From the site www.locasur.com or the Mobile application                                             
* Log into your account                                             
* Click on "pay my rent" in the menu and follow the instructions                                     

Pay for someone else (a relative, a friend, etc.)

                                    

1- With your Mobile Money account on a phone without internet                                             * Enter the USSD code dedicated to Locasur from your Mobile Money Ex operator: # 1234 #                                             *Follow the instructions                                     

                                    

2- Via the site www.locasur.com or the Mobile application                                             * Connect to your Locasur account                                             * Click on "Pay for another" in the menu and follow the instructions                                     

                                    

HOW TO LINK YOUR MONEY BANK / MOBILE ACCOUNT FOR MONEY WITHDRAWALS

                                    

The owner of a property and a real estate agency can link several                                         types of accounts to receive                                         rents collected. To do so, just follow the following steps:

                                    
                                            
  • - Connect to your Locasur account
  •                                         
  • - Click on ‘’ Bank Accounts ’’
  •                                         
  • - Click on ‘’ Add ’’ at the top right of your screen
  •                                         
  • - Select the type of account: (Bank Transfer, Mobile Money, YUP ...)
  •                                         
  • - Fill in the form information following the instructions
  •                                         
  • - Click on Validate
  •                                     
                                    

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR MONEY?

                                    

As the owner of real estate or a real estate agency using Locasur,                                         we give you back your rents collected from your tenant. To do so you have to                                         request it from your Locasur account.

                                    
                                            
  • - Connect to your account: via the site www.locasur.com or the mobile application
  •                                         
  • - Click on ‘" Manage withdrawals "in the menu on the left of your screen
  •                                         
  • - Click on "Make a request" at the top right of your screen
  •                                         
  • - Follow the instructions
  •                                     
                                    

HOW TO CONSULT THE PAYMENTS OF MY TENANTS?

                                    
                                            
  • Connect to your Locasur account
  •                                         
  • Click on ‘’ Transactions ’’ in the menu on the left of your screen
  •                                     
                                    

You will see all the detailed payment transactions of your tenant

                                    

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GOOD AND A WORLD OF GOOD ON LOCASUR?

                                    

Locasur makes a difference between a ‘’ GOOD ’’ real estate and the WORLD OF GOOD ’’.

                                    

UNIVERS BIEN: We consider UNIVERS BIEN to be a building, a house, a villa,                                         a duplex in which several parts are rented (Room, apartment, office, etc.).

                                    

Example: You have a 4-storey building (Residence X) with several apartments / Rooms / Studios / Offices:

                                    
                                            
  • - Residence X (4-storey building): is the UNIVERSE GOOD
  •                                         
  • - Apartment (1,2,3,4 ..): are the property
  •                                     
                                    

Residence X is the UNIVERSE GOOD in which are located the apartments 1,2,3,4 ... which are considered as GOODS.

                                    

WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTIONS FOR?

                                    

At locasur, the tenant of your property can send you a message via their account. You as the owner receive it directly in your account.                                         
This option allows your tenant to report problems to you in the (house, apartment, office, etc.). to view or send the message

  • Go to www.locasur.com or the Mobile Application
  •                                         
  • Click on ‘’ Connect ’’
  •                                         
  • Click on ‘’ Forgot password ’’
  •                                         
  • Enter your telephone number used when creating an account preceded by the code                                              from the country. Ex: 22577xxxxx (all pasted. 225 being the country code and 77xxxxx the telephone number)
  •                                         
  • Click on RESET
  •                                         
  • An SMS will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password.
